And more than a year after he passed away, Kate confessed she was dreading Halloween because it was such a special time for her and her muse. The star showed off her dog and cat in a series of outrageous costumes including a fairy with moving wings, a cowboy and a strawberry and told her followers it was their turn to do her beloved Clive proud.
