The resemblance was uncanny, which only raised our expectations from the biographical political drama that has been directed and produced by Bollywood’s queen herself. Well, after emerging victorious in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections , Kangana is finally arriving in theatres as Indira Gandhi with Emergency on September 6. The biggest reason behind this is Kangana’s epic portrayal of India’s first and only female prime minister onscreen.
