As Kalki 2898 AD makes its highly anticipated global streaming debut, Nag Ashwin shares insights into his remarkable experience working with Amitabh Bachchan. Nag Ashwin reveals, “Bachchan sir is truly a legend.

He was incredibly gracious and patient with us, especially considering we were a young team attempting something that could be challenging for someone from his generation, given the extensive use of CGI and green screens. Yet, he approached the entire process with grace and patience. He would come, sit, and wait while we worked things out, even when certain scenes took longer than expected.

His vast experience, particularly in the action sequences, is evident on screen, which is why audiences have enjoyed his performance so much.” Kalki 2898 AD is the first installment in the Kalki Cinematic Universe. Set in the year 2898 AD, the story takes place in a now-desolate Kashi, considered the world’s first city.
