Kiran Abbavaram’s latest release KA has turned out to be a runaway hit at the box office. The period thriller grossed Rs 13.11 crore in two days and is still going strong – thanks to the festive weekend.
Kiran thanked the audience for making KA a big hit and also confirmed that the sequel is in the making. We will definitely make a sequel to KA, featuring the special aspects of Krishnagiri village,” says Kiran crediting director duo Sujith and Sandeep for the massive success.
The actor added that the audiences gave him a grand festival gift this Diwali with the success of KA. “Earlier, they saw me as the boy next door, but now they consider me one among them,” shares a visibly excited Kiran, adding that filmmakers like Allu Aravind, Naga Vamsi, and many congratulated him. KA Malayalam Version To Release Soon The Malayalam version of KA will hit the screens on November 8, and Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films is releasing the period thriller.
