Justin Timberlake's team are confident his DWI charges will be dropped. His attorney, Ed Burke, commented after court: "He was not intoxicated. I'll say it again: Justin Timberlake was not intoxicated and we are very confident that charge, that criminal charge, will be dismissed.

" The former boybander was arrested in the Hamptons on June 18 as he drove his way home from a bar. A police officer alleged that he failed a field sobriety test. They reported that he appeared intoxicated due to glass eyes and a "strong odor" of alcohol.

At the time, Justin insisted that he only had one drink of alcohol. His attorney previously told TMZ, "[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations.

He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time ...

He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office." This is a breaking news story. We'll be bringing you the very latest updates, pictures and video on this TV story.
