The two new Wuthering Waves update 1.3 banner characters are Youhu and The Shorekeeper. These were announced on the game’s official Twitter account.

There’s no confirmed release date for either of these characters. However, update 1.3 is expected to launch on September 26th.
It’s possible Youhu could come out in phase 1 as she was revealed first, and The Shorekeeper could come out in October for phase 2 as she was posted second. While fans are excited for Youhu, it’s The Shorekeeper who has captured the hearts of fans. One of the replies in the Twitter thread simply screams, “Just take my money,” meanwhile, on , there are a bunch of comments echoing the sentiment, “She looks so beautiful”.
