Jumanji 3 has locked its release date. The team lead by Dwayne Johnson is set to hit the jungle again, arriving at its regular pre-Christmas slot like the previous outings. Sony Pictures on Monday, announced the franchise's return with the latest installment set for December 11, 2026.
While director Jake Kasdan will make a comeback, actors Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan will also reprise their parts. That's not all. Even produces Matt Tolmach, Johnson, Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia and Kasdan will resume their duties.

The first movie in the standalone franchise, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle released in 2017, followed by its sequel Jumanji: The Next Level in 2019. While the former surpassed $950 million at the global box office, the latter amassed $801 million globally.
