But then during a three-hour drive to Suffolk during the summer of 2022, Julia had to stop five times to go to the loo. ‘On a few occasions, I didn’t even make it to the service station and had to stop the car and run into the bushes,’ she says. ‘My sister Jenny and niece Carrie were with me and said that they had noticed that I was weeing more than normal lately.
