TV favourite Josie Gibson has opened up about her son's adorable reaction to her fame. The Big Brother winner and This Morning star, aged 39, shared that little Reggie isn't too keen on his mum's public recognition . Speaking to Reach, she revealed: "He's a funny little thing, he can't stand it when people ask for photos.
" Despite loving a good chat with fans, Josie admitted that her son gets frustrated with the interruptions: "He goes, 'Mum, you always stop and talk to everybody, it's doing my head in! We are going to be late. We are late for everywhere we've got to go to!'" She added, laughing at her son's candidness, "Obviously it takes me a while to get there, [he goes], 'Mum, please just don't stop and talk, I'm sick of the photos'. But, I like talking to people.
" Josie also hinted that Reggie might not be one for the limelight, despite occasionally asking for pictures himself: "You know you get those kids that love the camera and love their photo being taken?" She mused, "He does say, 'Mum, take a picture of me like this, or take a picture of me like that', but he doesn't really love the camera." However, she believes Reggie could have a future behind the scenes, as she considers the possibilities of him becoming a cameraman, which would allow him to "travel the world ". She added: "A camera man definitely.
You get your job right as a camera man, and you can travel the world!" Meanwhile, Josie has hinted that she won't be returning to This Morning after landing a new presenting role on Channel 5 that will see her explore luxury travel destinations. Josie appears delighted with the new role as she said: “I've got loads of things in the pipeline, I'm still very involved with This Morning , I'm very grateful for This Morning and everything they've helped me with because they grew me as a presenter. “I should be around at Christmas on the [This Morning] sofa, so then I will get back on the road and try to make it all work as much as I can.
It is going to be amazing because I'm going to be exploring how the other half live, like the first class travel.” She added to Express.co.
