At one shocking moment, Josie interrupted the programme as her co-host engaged in some overzealous dancing to his selected track.

Greeting viewers with "Hello and welcome to your Friday's This Morning," Josie introduced the segment while Craig revealed the reason for their boogie: "We do have a reason for doing this, we are kicking off your Friday with some 90s tunes starting with Rhythm of the Night, a favourite of Josie's." "90s music, absolutely fantastic," exclaimed Josie as she engaged her guests Tim and Gyles in a discussion about their top 90s hits. Tim disclosed his adoration for Soul to Soul's classic hit "Oh there are so many but my favourite has to be Soul to Soul, Back to Life" whereas Gyles fondly recalled grooving to Will Smith's Getting Jiggy With It.

The vibe shifted when Craig chimed in with nostalgia: "I was going down a very musical path at this stage in my life. There was no pop music. It would have been Nirvana.

..it would have been Smells Like Teen Spirit.

" As Craig went full-on mosh pit during "Smells Like Teen Spirit," Josie couldn't hide her shock, reports the Mirror . She swiftly brought the show to a halt, telling Craig: "No, oh no, it is too much for me." Disgruntled fans immediately took to social media to vent, with one viewer grumbling: "#ThisMorning Worst start to a show ever.

" Other disgruntled comments poured in, with one person questioning: "Is this the worst opening segment to a This Morning episode in history? " and another lamenting: "Unfortunately, you're not hallucinating." Get the latest news sent straight to your messages by joining our WhatsApp community today.
