Liam Gallagher is set to perform Oasis hits live at Wembley Stadium this Saturday night, amid hopes brother Noel will join him on stage. Oasis frontman Liam has been confirmed to play ahead of Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois fight for the IBF World Heavyweight title. It will be Liam's first performance since announcing Oasis' comeback.

Influential Saudi boxing figure Turki Alalshikh booked Liam to perform for the 96,000 fans and it was recently revealed that back in June, talkSPORT's Simon Jordan invited Noel to the fight in an attempt to settle the feud, unaware the brothers had reconciled and were planning reunion gigs. There has been growing speculation that Liam and his brother Noel, who recently reformed the band for a 2025 tour, could be seen in public together for the first time in years at the iconic venue. The last time the Manchester rockers performed was on August 22 2009 at V Festival in Staffordshire, before Noel quit six days later saying he “simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer” after a backstage brawl at a Paris event.

Here's everything you need to know about Liam's performance...

How to watch Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois will be shown on DAZN, TNT Sport Box Office and Sky Sports Box Office. The price for all three is £19.99 on top of your regular subscription for either platform.

The first bell for Anthony Joshua's world title fight with Daniel Dubois will ring just after 10pm at Wembley tonight with the ring walks taking place at 9.45pm. The fight is unlikely to start any later but could be brought forward if the five-fight undercard is completed earlier than expected.

Liam Gallagher will perform three tracks before the 10pm fight so be sure to be tuned in after 9pm to catch him in action. Anthony Joshua will take on Daniel Dubois at Wembley on September 21 with the fight being broadcast on DAZN pay-per-view. Setlist Liam Gallagher has revealed that his setlist for the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois boxing match at Wembley Stadium will involve him playing nothing but Oasis hits. In a post on X, he said on Friday: “SETLIST for the boxing tmoz ROCK N ROLL STAR SUPERSONIC CIGS n ALCOHOL tune in or get tuned in LG x.” When asked by a fan if he was excited by the prospect of performing in front of a 96,000-strong crowd, Liam said: “Yeah it’s a little on the small side but I’ll manage.

” The singer has previously suggested on his X account that he would not be hanging around for very long at the venue, as he is set to travel to Malta for his festival Liam Gallagher And Friends that same weekend. Oasis reunion? Liam and Noel haven’t performed together since 2009, when they dramatically called time on the band after years of infighting and bitter fallouts, and fans were over the moon when they announced they would be reuniting for a series of gigs in 2025. But many have speculated Noel could make a surprise appearance during Liam’s pre-fight gig, and the Saudi boxing chief did little to dispel the rumours.

“I hope so!” Turki replied when asked by talkSPORT if Noel would be onstage alongside his brother. It will be something amazing if we get them together. We will try.

Why not?” And talkSPORT presenter Simon also said he had spoken to Noel about attending the match before it was announced the brothers would be getting back together for the sell-out gigs next year. “I spoke to Noel yesterday all about [the Oasis reunion],” he said in August. “It's funny because I asked him - basically he came to the fight between Joshua Buatsi and Dan Azeez [in February] - and I had asked him about September 21.

” “His reason for not going was because he didn't think it was a good look, if he was in the crowd, Liam was singing and he was wearing earmuffs! But now they've all made friends and a big bag of money around the world for them [it could change]. He loves going [to the big fights], all this hullabaloo for Oasis reforming, they didn't make the same noise for Blur,” Simon explained. However, boxing promoter Eddie Hearn shot down the reports, and when asked if the Gallaghers would be on stage on Saturday, he bluntly replied: “No, I doubt it.

” Liam and Noel stunned fans in August as they announced they would be reuniting for concerts across the UK next year, with gigs in London, Edinburgh and Cardiff, as well as their home city of Manchester. However, thousands of fans unsuccessfully tried to get their hands on tickets after several websites crashed, leaving them devastated.
