Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari reportedly settled her federal assault and defamation lawsuit against the actor, Thursday. She dismissed the infamous lawsuit in which she accused Majors of assaulting her in the back seat of an SUV, according to Variety . This case gripped the headlines and resulted in Majors’ conviction on two counts of misdemeanor assault in 2023.
He was sentenced and forced to attend domestic violence counseling earlier in the year. Jabbari’s attorneys said the matter was settled “very favorably” through an email to Variety. The legal matter ultimately wound up costing Majors numerous career opportunities as studios pulled out of a number of significant projects he was signed up for.

Jabbari filed against Majors in March, claiming he had defamed her by repeatedly saying he had “never laid [his] hands on a woman,” after following his conviction, according to Variety.
Lawyers representing both parties submitted a joint notice to the court Thursday, declaring that “all claims against Defendant in the above-captioned action are hereby dismissed with prejudice.” One of the attorneys representing Jabbari, Brittany Henderson, issued a statement to the outle.
