Mulled wine and food and drink stalls are lined up for this year’s Christmas Fair.
(Image: Middleton Hall Retirement Village) With the approaching festive season and the accompanying winter weather in mind, in recent weeks community-spirited members of the village’s Knit and Natter group have handcrafted a cosy selection of scarves, hats, and gloves for those in need. Over several months, the dedicated knitters created an array of colourful winter essentials to donate to the Salvation Army, hoping to spread warmth to vulnerable community members.
