Golden Bachelorette winner Chock Chapple and fiancee Joan Vassos are choosing privacy over publicity for their upcoming wedding, unlike their Golden predecessors. "I think it's a little early," Vassos told TheWrap. "I want it to just be us enjoying life.

"It's been hard to keep the secret," Vassos said. "You want to tell your friends and family because they're rooting for you.



" Chapple described the moment he knew Vassos was special during their early courtship at a tropical location. "I spent three weeks trying to get this woman to tell me she loved me," Chapple said. "We had a kiss, and that kiss — it's just the power of a simple kiss — I knew with that everything was good.

" The couple plans to make New York City their home base while blending their families. "We've got four big trips we're going to do in 2025," Chapple said. "We talked about some vacations — taking one that might be just a beach relaxation, then the next one going and climbing Kilimanjaro.

" For Vassos, 61, the move to New York fulfills a longtime dream. "I wanted to do it, and I was so happy to hear that he had the same dream," she said. "At the age of 61 you can still have dreams from long ago and still make them happen.
