Jill Zarin’s daughter, Ally Shapiro, is engaged ! The 31-year-old announced on Friday that her boyfriend, Jordan Bilfeld, proposed in Spain during their European vacation. Shapiro took to her Instagram Story to post numerous photos showing off her massive circular diamond ring, beginning with a selfie of the happy couple. Both smiling, the blue-eyed beauty held up her left hand to highlight her new jewelry as Bilfeld stood behind her with one hand lovingly placed on the back of her neck.
An animated emoji that read, “OMG,” flashed atop the picture. The next slide showed Shapiro post-shower — as her hair was wrapped up in a towel — using her left hand to cover her mouth as she stared into the camera from what looked like a hotel balcony. Blue skies and water to match peeked out from behind her.
The brunette businesswoman — who works as the creative director of Jill & Ally, a line of crystal-embedded manifestation candles — went on to reveal what went down before Bilfeld popped the question. Atop a clip of her sipping a cocktail while sporting beachwear at an outdoor restaurant. Shapiro wrote, “5 min before i was getting proposed to and it was pouring rain and i was drinking my spritz 😂😂😂 completely clueless 😂😂😂😂😂.
” The next several uploads were screenshots of the future newlyweds FaceTiming loved ones to share their exciting news. “AHHHHHH!!!!! Fits like a glove 💍💍💍,” one of the bride-to-be’s friends gushed. Zarin — who is on the trip with the pair with her boyfriend, Gary Brody — took to her own Instagram to explain more about the engagement, which took place after the foursome ate lunch at Beach Club Gran Folies in Islas Baleares.
“I am speechless! Gary, Ally and Jordan and I have spent the last week on a Celebrity Cruise in Europe and we get off tomorrow,” the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 60, captioned a video of the lovebirds posing for a photographer after her only child had said, “Yes!” “After lunch Jordan asked Ally to go for a walk on the beach.. mind you after it poured for 30 minutes,” Zarin continued, adding that she and Brody stayed back to wait for the bill.
“We hear cheering and clapping and I started clapping and walk over to see over the railing and guess who just got engaged??? Surprise!!!!” she shared. “Mazel Tov to my beautiful daughter and her FIANCÉ Jordan Bilfeld. We could not be happier to welcome him and his family to join ours.

” The former Bravolebrity reiterated via her Instagram Story that although she was “shocked” and “surprised,” she is wholeheartedly “thrilled for the couple.” Shapiro “hard-launched” Bilfeld — the director of a media agency — on Instagram in May 2022, but it’s unclear when they started dating. Zarin and her first husband, Steven Shapiro, conceived Ally using a sperm donor ; they divorced when she was 4.
