Motoring writer turned farmer Jeremy Clarkson has teased fans about the fate of his popular Amazon Prime series, Clarkson's Farm. But viewers of the hit agricultural reality show featuring Jeremy, his partner Lisa Hogan and their young apprentice Kaleb Cooper are disheartened. Despite relishing the news confirming another season of the successful rural series, they're disappointed as it coincides with the finale of yet another beloved programme.

Taking to Instagram , Jeremy gave a strong suggestion that Clarkson's Farm would return for a fifth instalment. After the third season starring Clarkson, Kaleb, Lisa and Gerald concluded last summer, the cameras have been rolling for Season 4. And now, Jeremy has almost guaranteed a fifth season through posts on Instagram and during recent interviews on the radio waves, reports the Express .

On his Instagram account, he shared an image from the opening day of his new establishment, The Farmer's Dog, alongside longtime collaborator Andy Wilman, who has teamed up with Clarkson since the Top Gear days at the BBC , continuing on to The Grand Tour and Clarkson's Farm. The post was humorously captioned: "The dogs pleaded with Andy Wilman to be in season 5." Whilst the assurance of more Clarkson's Farm has filled fans with joy, many are longing for further episodes of The Grand Tour featuring the iconic trio Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May.

Currently, the upcoming special of The Grand Tour, which will be unveiled on September 13, stands to be the final episode ever, marking the end of an era for Clarkson, Hammond, and May after over two decades on screen together. One fab reacted to Clarkson's post with: "He said on the radio the other day that they were wrapping series 4 filming and starting series 5 filming soon." Another said: "They'll all have more time to work on it presumably as they have already finished the very last Grand Tour, and it's all the same crew.

" A third fan rejigged Clarkson's quote to say: "The dogs pleading with Mr Wilman for another Grand Tour special," while another pleaded: "Don't finish the Grand Tour", accompanied by a quartet of teary-eyed emojis. A fifth added: "Can we please have a Grand Tour/Clarkson's Farm crossover where James and Kaleb challenge Jeremy and Richard to a race across the world in nothing but farming equipment?" While another suggested: "Please Andy, now Grand Tour has ended can we have a once a month one hour podcast with Jeremy, Richard and James where they just sit, drink and chat about their careers, plug the Merc and bring on special guests etc." Clarkson's Farm airs on Amazon Prime.

The Grand Tour final episode will officially launch globally on Prime Video on Friday, September 13.
