Jelly Roll provided an update about his body transformation. The 39-year-old hitmaker is in the midst of a wellness journey, and he’s lost a good deal of weight. Back in April, Jelly Roll shared that he’d lost around 70 pounds while preparing to compete in his first 5K race.

This week he took to social media to reveal that he had lost even more weight amid his tour. His chef on tour also offered insight into his diet. Keep reading to find out more.



.. In a video shared on Instagram , Jelly Roll ‘s nutrition coach Ian Larios revealed that the singer had officially lost 100 pounds.

He noted that Jelly Roll is staying active on the road, walking around his concert venues, playing basketball and boxing. He’s also on a high-protein diet. What does he eat? Before a show, he’ll have a banana as a snack, sometimes with honey and a Stevia-sweetened dark chocolate.

He also eats Nashville-style hot chicken, but it’s prepared in an air fryer so it’s lighter and without the oil. Jelly Roll also enjoys French fries that are boiled in bone broth to add extra protein before getting tossed in the air fryer, too. “Next year, when you all see me, you won’t recognize me,” the singer promised, making it clear that he’s still on the journey.
