This architectural feat has already been achieved, even though the building remains incomplete.
The construction of the tower began in 2009, and by October 2017, the central core had reached 60 floors. However, the project faced several delays due to labor disputes and the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction finally resumed in September 2023, with an estimated completion timeline of 4-5 years, putting the expected completion date around 2028-29.
