Jax Taylor is SURving up divorce papers. One month after Brittany Cartwright filed to legally end their four-year marriage , the Vanderpump Rules alum agreed in court documents obtained by E! News Oct. 2 to give his estranged wife full legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son Cruz .
In the filing, handwritten and submitted on Sept. 26, Jax (real name Jason Cauchi ) did not tick the box requesting child visitation time. He did check the "other" box under the child support section, but did not provided any specific details per instructions.
