f you haven't seen the hit sir com series Ted Lasso, please stop reading this and go watch it before you continue. We have some great news for all of this show's fans, the series is returning for Season 4 after it was still in limbo. Not renewing this show for a new season didn't depend on Apple TV+, it depended on the show's creator.

Actor/producer Jason Sudeikis has been at the forefront of what can arguably be considered Apple TV's most successful IP with multiple Emmy Awards wins and some of the most thoughtful written comedy in the business. All thanks to Jason Sudeikis and his crew. On Saturday, it was announced that Season 4 of 'Ted Lasso' is making a triumphant return to streaming.

When is Ted Lasso Season 4 returning? Accrding to a report from Deadline Hollywood, There has been a major development in negotiaitons for Ted Lasso Season 4 as the show runners have managed to convince three core cast members of the show to return. These actors are Hannah Waddingham, who plays AFC Richmond owner Rebecca Walton, Brett Goldstein, who plays former footballer Roy Kent, and Jeremy Swift, who plays Director Of Football Operations Leslie Higgins. Also, there has been confirmation that Sudeikis himself is obviously returning to reprise the series' titular role.

The main reason they hadn't reached an agreement also had to do with the differences between SAG-AFTRA an the UK acting union Equitty. Since there are American and British actors in this series that belong to both institutions, negotiating contracts became a real chore for the showrunners. But they managed to reach agreements and new deals for plenty of the original cast members.

Co-writer and co-creator of the series Brendan Hunt is also reprising his role as Coach Bard. According to this report, the production of this fourth season could be set to start in early 2025. However, many elements need to come together in order to make this happen.

Fingers crossed..
