Jackie “O” Henderson is set to release a tell-all memoir, sharing the parts of her career and life she has “struggled to speak about before”. The KIIS FM radio host’s book The Whole Truth is set to be released across Australia on October 29. WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE: Jackie O opens up about relationships.

Henderson, who has had a three-decade media career, announced the news on her Instagram feed , sharing a photo of herself holding the book. “So I finally decided to write a book and I’m really excited (and slightly terrified) to share it with you all,” she wrote in the caption. “There’s a lot I’ve shared on radio throughout the years, but there’s an equal amount I haven’t.

“Endless hours and months were spent sitting on this couch revisiting all the highs and lows and there were times I thought about abandoning it altogether, mostly out of fear, fear of judgement I guess. “But I’ve realised it’s better to own every part of me, even the parts I’ve struggled to speak about before, because speaking the truth brings more peace than hiding from it ever could,” she said. Friends and followers congratulated the radio star in the comments section of the post.

“Well done Jackie! I know how hard it is to do this. The commitment and the vulnerability. Good for you! Hugs!” fitness star Michelle Bridges said.

“Super excited!!! So very proud of you with this amazing project that you’ve been so committed to,” Henderson’s longtime friend and business partner Gemma O’Neill said. “Amazing! Congratulations Jackie,” Sunrise co-host Natalie Barr said..
