Angie laughed and wept with gratitude as the KIIS FM presenters surprised her with gifts, including a Louis Vuitton hand bag and a 'golden ticket' to the Australian Idol auditions. Angie left Jackie, 49, red-faced last week after telling listeners, how, as a 29-year-old she had tried out for Seven's Popstars singing competition in 2000, while Jackie was a judge on the show. Angie ended up losing out to 19-year-old Sophie Monk in the show's tryouts, only for Sophie to later shoot to fame as a member of Bardot.



After watching Sophie's successful career from the sidelines, Angie decided to last week confront Jackie live on-air during KIIS FM's 'Remember Me' segment. '[Monk] became The Bachelorette . ' Kyle and Jackie later shared a video of the pair surprising Angie after her radio appearance. After presenting Angie with a real Louis Vuitton handbag, Jackie told Angie it was the 'least we could do.' Kyle tried to top his co-host when he presented Angie with a 'golden ticket' to the auditions for Australian Idol. A delighted Angie hugged both of the radio stars.

Last week, when Angie appeared on the Kyle and Jackie O Show the radio host Angie whether she was envious about Sophie's career. 'So do you look at Sophie often and go, "That should've been me! If that b***h Jackie would've just chosen me!"?' the radio queen asked. 'I can't look at a rose without having a nervous breakdown,' Angie joked.
