The Jackass alum, 44, has been in custody at Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania since Wednesday. He appeared in handcuffs Monday ahead of Common Pleas Judge Patrick Carmody for a hearing in which the evaluation was ordered, according to NBC10 .



The West Chester, Pennsylvania native, who wed fitness model Dannii Marie in May in New Mexico , was seen 'mouthing words to his wife,' who was present during the hearing, according to the station. Margera's lawyer Michael T. van der Veen told Dailymail.

Griffith said Margera had not complied with the area of his probation in regards to seeking help for drug and alcohol abuse. Margera told the judge in June following his guilty plea, 'I just want to says thanks for this whole situation.

' Margera initially was charged with simple assault and terroristic threats in the 2023 incident, according to the outlet, and each charge was a misdemeanor that could have led to prison with a conviction.
