Jaaved Jaaferi recently shared an insightful reflection on Shah Rukh Khan’s rise to stardom, recalling their time working together on the 1995 film Oh Darling Yeh Hai India. Even before SRK achieved his legendary status, Jaaved noticed that the actor had a clear understanding of what it takes to stand out. “He is a very intelligent guy.

Of course, he is educated but he is also an intelligent guy. Really wise. He knew where he wanted to be.

And he made a point, which I knew, but he just underlined it,” Jaaved said in an interview with MensXP. Jaaved further shared how Shah Rukh had a unique approach to becoming a star, telling him, “You know, to be a star, you need a certain style. A thing that is your own.

He got that.” Jaaved elaborated that SRK’s distinctive style has set him apart throughout his career. “People may make fun of it but whatever.

..,” he recalled, emphasizing that Shah Rukh’s personal flair makes him instantly recognizable.

Demonstrating his point, Jaaved mimicked iconic actors like Shatrughan Sinha, Dev Anand, Amitabh Bachchan, and Dharmendra, each of whom has a signature style. When he mimicked Shah Rukh, Jaaved noted, “He is the only one in this generation who is identified with a style. Other actors don’t have that.

” For Jaaved, it’s this understanding of individuality that has kept SRK ahead of the pack. He also acknowledged the stardom of Salman Khan and Aamir Khan but highlighted that Shah Rukh’s style is what gives him a uni.
