There's a row between two loved ones as Moira's worrying antics spark fears something is going on. There's a moment with son-in-law Nate Robinson that leads to his dad, Moira's husband, Cain Dingle fearing there's an affair on the cards. Not only that, but Cain is worried sick when Moira continues to drink and still does not seem herself. According to spoilers, Cain confronts Moira over the whisky he's found in her bag and an argument erupts between them.
Cain's soon unimpressed to see Moira knocking back painkillers too, worried about her. But Moira fumes, showing him her unopened bottle of whisky and later on she confides in John Sugden about the state of her marriage. Sharing her fears, could it be a sign things are going to end between her and Cain? What happens next could prove this to be the case, as Cain spots Nate and Moira having a drink and assumes the worst.
Years on from Nate and Moira's affair that tore her and Cain apart, it's clear he suspects something is going on. Nate's horrified when his dad confronts him over his relationship with Moira and what they are up to, with him protesting his innocence. He's left hurt as he pleads with Cain that their relationship is in a good place and he wouldn't do anything to risk that.
