The Script were lauded by Late Late Show viewers on Friday night as they candidly opened up about grief following the death of their bandmate. Mark Sheehan of The Script died in April 2023, and 16 months on, the remaining members of the beloved band are still learning to navigate life without their best friend, colleague and shared recipient of their dreams. Chatting to Patrick Kielty, Danny O’Donoghue and Glen Power openly discussed their pain, and what the last year has looked like for them while handling the monumental loss.
