Monday, August 19, 2024 “All in Türkiye ” is the new learning platform launched by Turkish Tourism Board (TGA) to enhance the knowledge and skills of travel agents, tour operators and other tourism professionals. This platform aims to educate industry participants on the rich history, diverse culture, and various tourist attractions across Türkiye. This is enabling them to offer more informed and compelling travel experiences to clients.
The “All in Türkiye” platform currently offers 30 comprehensive courses, with plans to expand to 40 courses by the end of 2025. These courses cover a wide range of topics, including the most popular cities and regions in Türkiye, as well as emerging holiday trends. Participants who complete the courses and score 70% or higher on the quizzes at the end will earn a “Türkiye Tourism Specialist” certificate, enhancing their credentials in the travel industry.
The courses are structured to accommodate the busy schedules of industry professionals, with durations ranging from 60 to 120 minutes. Participants can learn at their own pace, with the convenience of accessing the content from their homes. The courses feature a mix of photos, videos, and detailed commentaries, providing an engaging and informative experience that will help tourism employees better serve their clients and increase their earning potential.
In addition to educational content, the “All in Türkiye” platform offers valuable marketing and branding resources to assist professionals in effectively promoting Türkiye as a top holiday destination. These resources are designed to help agents and operators attract more clients, sell higher-value holiday packages, and gain recognition as experts in Turkish tourism.
