As between and Justin Baldoni has fans talking, fans have another thing to complain about. It Ends With Us released on August 9, 2024 and drama has circled the film since the press tour. It started when a few TikTok users highlighted how seemed separated from cast at the premiere.

They were no pictures of him with the cast and vice versa. Another observation was the fact that the cast didn't follow Jane the Virgin star anymore on Instagram. So as the alleged feud continues to escalate with and prior footage as well as , fans have pointed out another aspect involving the film.



Fans have had a lot to say about the fashion of Blake's character Lily Bloom. The film was an adaption of the controversial and popular Colleen Hoover book of the same name. The story follows college graduate Lily who moves to Boston and opens up her own flower shop.

She meets and falls in love with surgeon Ryle Kincaid (Justin Baldoni) while in the new city. But then her first love Atlas Corrigan (Brandon Sklenar) comes back and things for Lily get even more difficult as she navigates a tumultuous and abusive relationship. As fans watched the film, there have been mixed reviews and mixed feelings about the eccentric costuming.

Eric Daman was the costume designer for It Ends With Us and he spoke to about the process. He shared that the Gossip Girl alum contributing to putting the outfits for Lily together and how some parts of the styling came from Blake's own closet. In a Instagram reel that showcased all the many looks of the protagonist in the film, fans sounded off about these outfits while also slamming Blake's own fashion sense.

One fan wrote: "Lively said she dressed herself in her own clothes and those of her husband and gigi Hadid. So this is where this disaster stems from" A second fan said: "The outfit very beautifully portrays the storyline which is absolutely sh--" Another fan wondered: "How did Lily afford Valentino and Gucci bags? Clearly, Blake didn’t do her research when she took over Lily’s costuming." A fourth fans said: "I hated her outfits.

Loved the book, liked the movie, but those outfits were hideous." A fifth fan noted: "Lily is such a complex, soft, but strong character. They made the outfits look so garish and sometimes just not so Lily.
