The social media user, who has 51.3K followers on Instagram, has apparently used oil based injections to get his ripped look rather than building his muscles in the gym.

'His dramatic look may be attributed to the regular use of steroids and the rumoured injection of around three litres of petroleum jelly into his arms,' Mr Reza Nassab, consultant plastic surgeon at CLNQ Clinic in Manchester, told MailOnline. But he advises strongly against these type of injections as it could lead to tissue death. 'Injecting petroleum jelly or other non-medical substances can severely compromise blood supply to the muscles, leading to tissue death and other serious health complications,' he added.

Mr Nassab added: 'Additionally, regular lip fillers can enhance the size and volume of the lips, contributing to the exaggerated features often seen in these highly stylised appearances.

Dr Omar Tillo, Harley Street plastic surgeon and medical director of CREO CLINIC, said it's not just the risk of complications, infections, and tissue damage people need to be aware of.

He added these procedures can also have mental health consequences and he believes surgeons are responsible in ensuring they conduct a psychological evaluation of a patient before considering any extreme changes. 'As a plastic surgeon, it's vital to address the risks of bizarre surgical transformations such as these. Such procedures, often driven by unrealistic expectations or body dysmorphia, can have severe mental and physical health consequences,' he said.

These extreme looks can lead to dissatisfaction, regret, and irreversible changes in appearance, warns Dr Tillo. He added: 'Prioritizing patient safety and mental well-being, surgeons should encourage realistic expectations and provide thorough psychological evaluation before considering any extreme alterations.'
