Former Love Island contestant and social media star Rob Lipsett has married fitness influencer Linda Smyth in a stunning ceremony in sunny Spain. Rob, who had a fleeting stint on Love Island in 2017, proposed to his now-wife Linda in August 2023 while the pair were on a romantic break away to the south of Italy. The pair married in a gorgeous ceremony at the Boho Club in Marbella.
While the couple have made their careers in the digital world, their first meeting was a little more traditional – as they were introduced to each other by friends at a house party in 2018. Dubliner Rob’s fashionable family jetted out to Marbella for the nuptials. Model and Virgin Media’s resident fashion expert Rosalind [Roz] Lipsett performed maid of honour duties as her younger brother wed his stunning bride.
Keeping it simple, bride Linda wore a full length Boric-style dress with a bow-embellished back. Dapper groom Rob opted for a monochrome white tuxedo and black dress suit trousers for his big day. Maid of honour Roz stunned in a sky blue figure-hugging maxi dress in what was a very stylish affair.
Rob’s other sister PR guru Avila Lipsett shared some stunning snaps of the pair walking down the aisle together. Friends and family gave the pair a standing ovation after they had said their vows and stopped for their first kiss as man and wife beneath a heart-shaped floral creation. On Friday night, ahead of the wedding day, an excited Linda shared a sweet video ahead of her and Rob’s wedding.
The pair could be seen holding hands and kissing as they took an evening stroll in the grounds of their wedding venue. Avid Love Island fans will remember Rob from the third season of the show, with the star arriving almost a month into the season..
