Lite Bite Foods, under the leadership of Dabur’s Amit Burman, has formed a partnership with The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to provide delicious, high-quality meals to train passengers. The initiative will offer affordable dining options to travelers on the Indian Railways at select railway stations including New Delhi, Nizamuddin, Old Delhi, and Delhi Cantt.
This collaboration is part of IRCTC’s efforts to diversify the culinary choices available through its newly introduced e-catering service. Travelers can now enjoy a tasty North Indian thali from Street Foods by Punjab Grill, available through various ordering methods. Customers can place their orders via the IRCTC e-catering website, by calling the toll-free numbers 1800-1034-139 and 0120-2383892-99, or by sending an SMS to 139 with their PNR and seat information.
Recently, IRCTC has expanded its e-catering services to an additional 1,144 trains, allowing passengers to order their preferred meals from prominent restaurant chains directly to their seats either online or through SMS. With this new venture, Lite Bite Foods broadens its reach into railway catering.
