The performance led him to victory in SBC Advocate Johnny's Pizza Player of the Week 4 voting. After three-day voting battle, Washington emerged on top of five other nominees: Ben Taylor, Airline; Devondre Johnson, BTW; Jamarcea Plater, Captain Shreve; Kenny Thomas, North DeSoto; Carmaro Mayo, Parkway. Thursday, Washington received his custom Player of the Week swag and becomes the third player to earn a berth on the 2024 Player of the Year ballot.
