This November, Eudēmonia, which roughly translates from the Greek as “flourishing or well-being,” will introduce three days of events aligned around the elements of movement, nourishment, mental optimization, restoration, and connection. This summit will take place at the Hilton West Palm Beach hotel and the adjoining Palm Beach County Convention Center; you can expect half million square feet of poolside venues, spacious ballrooms, and outdoor exercise and culinary experiences.

Three tiers of ticket options, as well as a scholarship program, are available. Relax poolside in between sessions The event will feature a range of science-based lectures from experts in the field including Andrew Huberman, Ph.D.

, Mark Hyman, M.D., Siddhartha Mukherjee, M.

, Uma Naidoo, M.D., Gabrielle Lyon, D.

O., Jeffrey Bland, Ph.D.

, Jillian Michaels, Dave Asprey, and Michael Breus, Ph.D. Activities will include yoga, resistance training, cardio classes, meditation and breathwork; lectures will focus on nutrition, metabolic and mental health, sleep hygiene and psychedelic therapy.

A dedicated spa will provide a range of options and will include both ancient practices and the latest technologies. And three on-site restaurants and several food trucks will provide nutritious meals and snacks and cater to a wide range of dining preferences, ranging from keto to vegan. Participants in Eudēmonia can measure their baseline health through Basecamp, an on-site biometric testing center produced in partnership with Function Health.

Expert staff will educate attendees on their results, allowing them to focus on their individual needs and health goals at the event and to engage in a truly customized experience. You can expect active days, but there is also time to relax by the pool with your favorite novel. A typical day might start with a cold plunge, followed by a longevity lecture, a post-lunch sound bath, and an afternoon cardio training session.

The day might end with the chance to dance with new-found friends at a silent disco. Palm Beach has an abundance of luxury and beachfront hotel options. Staying at the Hilton may be most convenient and rooms and suites at the Hilton West Palm Beach are available for purchase through the Eudēmonia website.

Discount codes are also available for other hotels and resorts, including The Boca Raton, whose Spa Palmera encompasses 50,000 feet and is inspired by Spain’s Alhambra Palace. Editorial Standards Print Reprints & Permissions Join The Conversation One Community. Many Voices.
