With two decades of expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and analytics, Dias will guide the AI initiatives across IAG’s brands, including Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, and Vueling.
His primary focus will be on developing scalable AI solutions aimed at enriching the customer journey, optimizing operations, and promoting sustainable efficiencies.
