Paul O'Grady's former home is currently at the centre of controversial development plans. Following the late For The Love of Dogs star's untimely death in March last year, the future of his £3 million pad has been causing a stir. Paul's husband Andre Portasio is understood to have inherited the property and the sprawling surrounding grounds - but the 42-year-old widower has found himself the target of angry villagers, who are fuming about his plans to transform the site.

Paul - who left £500,000 to Battersea Dogs and Cats home in his will - and Andre met in 2006 and tied the knot in 2017, in a low-key 30-minute ceremony at London's Goring Hotel.
