A sailing expert says an innocent error could well have doomed those aboard the ill-fated Bayesian, which sunk to depths of 165ft in the early hours of Monday, August 19. The luxury superyacht sank in a freak tornado off the coast of Sicily, turning what should have been a dreamy excursion into a waking nightmare.
