Carrot: It reflects the vivid saffron colour in the flag and is high in vitamins and antioxidants, particularly vitamin A and beta-carotene, which will not only improve vision but also immunity.



2. Orange: Another orange-coloured food that is power-packed with Vitamin C which helps you fight infection and increases immunity. Its fibre content also helps to manage blood glucose levels and decrease the risk of developing metabolic diseases.
