IND vs BAN: Jasprit Bumrah is back in cricket action for the first time since the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. Despite a bit of a break, the Player of the Tournament from India's victorious campaign in the USA and West Indies has not missed his line and length. Bumrah was spot on in the first over he was given by captain Rohit Sharma.
While India had been bowled out for 376, Bumrah cleaned up the visiting opener Shadman Islam with a peach of a delivery in the last ball of the first over. There was an error in judgement on part of the Bangladesh opener as well who shouldered his arms but the ball clipped the top of off, forcing Shadman to take the walk back to the pavilion. The video of Bumrah's delivery was shared by BCCI on their social media handle and it quickly went viral.
