It has plain white and beige textures with occassional hints of red and brown which gives it an old-times look and feel. With about 5 black cars and one in white, the black sure does seem to be Chopra's favourite colour. And then just beside his car collection are all the bikes he owns. One can spot about 5-7 bikes over there, from mid-range to high-end and it is sure a bike lover's dream come true.

The area is shaded well with the help of trees, and looks like the perfect relaxing spot after a hard day of work. The yard is a lush green with well-maintained plants and trees and the grass below perfectly mowed.
Similar to the shed in front of the car collection, there are chairs, tables, and a beautiful black swing that give a very comforting energy to the space and makes one wonder if this is the swing where Chopra relaxes after his training or the family sits together to discuss the strategies, the achievements, and what he is going to win next!
