Mumbai: Bandra witnessed one of its highest property transactions when a triplex in an under-construction luxury tower on Pali Hill was sold for Rs 172 crore (Rs 1.81 lakh per sq ft). Apco Infratech Pvt Ltd bought the sea-view 9,527 sq ft apartment in the 11-storey tower being constructed by developer Ajay Ashar on the plot that once hosted late actor Dilip Kumar’s bungalow.
Apco Infratech Pvt Ltd has paid a stamp duty of Rs 9.3 crore for the triplex located on the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. The deal was registered on Tuesday.
