” Diljit Dosanjh performed for two consecutive days in Delhi on October 26 and 27 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. He is set to take the stage in Jaipur on November 3, with upcoming shows in Chandigarh, Guwahati, Pune, Indore, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. In a previous interview with Mid-Day, Imtiaz recounted how he offered the titular role to Diljit, revealing that the singer-actor shared a story about his 2023 film Jodi before committing to the biographical drama. According to Imtiaz, Diljit showed him parts of Jodi and asked him to determine if he would be a suitable fit for the role in Amar Singh Chamkila .
