It was "love at first sight", Big Ed told the publication after he met Porscha at a sandwich shop in Florida, during a Big Ed meet and greet. Her name is Porscha," he told Page Six of their meeting. "She comes up, gives me the warmest hug. .
.. She gives me a big kiss on the cheek.
" The following night he took her out for dinner. Ed got down on one knee and proposed with a makeshift paperclip ring. In that moment, he knew he wanted to marry her. "I said, 'Look I never want to let you go. I think I met the one.
I want to marry you.' And she said, 'Yes,' and we hugged and we kissed," he told Page Six . "I'm in love," he added.
And while Big Ed didn't have an engagement ring on him at the time, it's revealed he will replace the paperclip ring with a real engagement ring in the near future. It is also revealed that they will be taking the engagement slow.
