DUNNES Stores have just launched their first autumn/winter campaign for 2024 and we are living for the sneak peeks. Derrick Carberry, a makeup artist and a Dunnes Stores beauty department ambassador, has shared all the behind the scenes fun over on his Instagram @derrick_carberry . Derrick told his followers: "Little sneak peek from Savida's first AW2024 campaign today, showcasing their collection coming soon.
" And one key feature we have noticed with these stunning new releases is that leopard print is not going out of fashion anytime soon. The first piece that has been teased to eager Dunnes Stores fans is a leopard print mini dress - and it's a major Ganni dupe. The gorgeous dress has large puff sleeves and a tie front in an assortment of bows.
This elegant little dress is sure to be a big hit as it takes on all the most popular trends of this year. Dunnes Stores chose to pair it with white crew socks and black loafers. Keeping with the leopard print theme, they showed a quilted, tie gilet with stunning diamond quilting creating an elegant throw on top for both warmth and looks.
And another exciting addition is the possibility of a burgundy Bottega dupe handbag. Everyone knows burgundy is due to be the colour this winter and this bag is set to be a sell out. With the previous gold Savida Isla Woven Knot Bag retailing for just €20.
This identical handbag comes in a refreshing new colour choice and the woven material creates a unique chequered look while the knotted handle adds the perfect finishing touch. Another eye-catching addition was the denim waistcoat. The sleeveless jean top features large silver buttons as well as discreet side pockets.
It's definitely a fitted choice of top but is sure to flatter any figure. And the washed-out denim look is the perfect transition colour as we move to neutrals for autumn from our vibrant summer wardrobe. Another leopard print moment with some trousers that are set to be dropped soon.
And these were paired with a vibrant red gilet, which is evidently the perfect way to combat the unpredictable Irish weather. The bright red piece has side pockets which are sown onto the outside for some extra quirk. And the gilet is of course tied in the middle as a fastening.
Dunnes Stores styled this with a plain white tee underneath and it looked fabulous with the contrasting colours and patterns. Derrick warned his followers: "Keep a close eye on Dunnes Stores socials in the coming weeks, you don't want to miss these beautiful pieces.".
