A CELEBRITY hair stylist has shared his tricks for making thinning locks look thicker. Among Jason Collier’s tips are must-try ingredients to look out for when buying products to promote hair growth. Collier is an A-List stylist and the Key Opinion Leader at UK-based hair color brand Jerome Russell Bblonde .

Speaking to The U.S. Sun, he shared methods for improving hair health.



RELAXED STYLES Collier said traction alopecia is a form of hair loss caused by repeatedly putting tension on locks, with “tight” hairstyles such as ponytails, braids, or buns. “These styles can damage hair follicles and lead to thinning or bald spots,” he said.
