From clothing to supplements, here's what you need in your workout bag. First up, let's talk gym wear. I've always been the type who prefers to stay covered up, especially when I'm surrounded by gym bros who love to sneak a peek.



Enter the Gymshark pump covers and skorts – my absolute lifesavers! The pump covers are lightweight, breathable and have the perfect designs. My favourite is the one with the phrase Muscle Mommy on the back – a title I proudly wear. They're not just stylish though, they're functional.

No matter how much I bend over for deadlifts or squats, these covers keep everything protected. The fabric feels soft and luxurious, and it doesn't ride up or cling awkwardly. The skorts, meanwhile, are the unsung heroes.

They look cute, but they also offer full coverage and are ideal for avoiding any accidental exposure while working on my glutes. I love how the shorts underneath mould to my body without digging in or riding up. No more mid-set wedgie adjustments! They're practical and make me feel both secure and stylish.

I'd give both the pump covers and skorts a solid 5 out of 5 stars. Next up: C4 pre-workout. This stuff is no joke.
