Ujjain, a revered Hindu pilgrimage destination, is celebrated for hosting the Kumbh Mela, with the next event anticipated in 2028. Known for the sacred Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga temple—one of the twelve esteemed Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva—the city draws countless devotees and visitors, establishing itself as a major spiritual and cultural hub.
