Saturday, August 24, 2024 The Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of ICAI hosted its annual signature event, the 49th Regional Conference, on the 23rd and 24th of August, 2024, at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, Kolkata. With the theme “WE,” the event focused on fostering collaboration, cooperation, and coordination, bringing together professionals, industry experts, and market leaders. The conference saw the participation of over 3,500 members.

The 49th Regional Conference was inaugurated by distinguished figures including Padma Shri Harshavardhan Neotia, Chairman of Ambuja Neotia Group; CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal, President of ICAI; CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda, Vice-President of ICAI; CA.
