Thursday, October 3, 2024 British Paralympian and six-time London Wheelchair Marathon champion, who also serves as a crossbench peer in the House of Lords, has been announced as the opening keynote speaker at the globally renowned trade show, IBTM World. With a focus on championing social responsibility within the events industry, she will kick off the Main Stage on the first day of the event, taking place at Fira Barcelona from November 19 to 21. Recognized as one of the most accomplished and inspirational athletes of her era, Tanni has competed in five Paralympic Games, earning 11 gold medals, four silver medals, and one bronze.
