IAN MADIGAN'S wife Anna revealed the "cutest coincidence" behind their new baby's name. The happy couple welcomed the birth of their first child last month, and named the new arrival Sonny. On Instagram.
Anna held a Q&A in which she opened up on her early experiences of motherhood. And asked about the origin of their son's name, she revealed the touching story behind it before admitting they had only coped the connection after the fact. She said: "We were in Copenhagen, it was a beautiful sunny day and we just so happened to have a placed [sic] booked for breakfast called Sonny.
"Little did we know that afternoon we would find out we were expecting. "We actually chose the name months later before we realised the name of the restaurant and now it's the cutest coincidence. "We love it, it's a friendly name, has good energy about it!" Several of the questions related to how she was adapting to motherhood.
In particular, several followers asked how they were finding having a newborn baby around their two dogs - Benji and Freddie. She said: "I'm doing so great, it's honestly been the most incredible 2 weeks of my life. I've never felt love like it.
"Benji and Freddie have been so good. We are obviously being super careful and introducing them to him slowly. "Benji is definitely a little afraid of him but yet wants to be by his side all the time.
