SHE'S 51 years old, but still boasts a complexion most women half her age would be envious of. And now Dita Von Teese has shared the beauty trick she swears by to keep wrinkles at bay - as well as the product that's a must-have in her skincare routine. The burlesque star chatted to Bunnie XO on her Dumb Blonde podcast , where the presenter questioned Dita about her top beauty tips and tricks.

"You're 51, your skin is flawless...

what is your skincare routine?" Bunnie asked. "Sunscreen!" Dita replied straight away. She then revealed the bedtime rule she wishes she'd been told years ago, that's worked wonders for her maintaining a flawless visage.

"I wish somebody would have told me when I was young how good it is for you to sleep on your back," Dita exclaimed. She admitted she has taught herself to sleep on her back over the past few years, and it's "worked miracles". "If you think about it, if you're a side sleeper, I know where my one wrinkle came from," she explained.

"It's from sleeping with your face on the pillow." Dita used various methods to help train herself to sleep on her back, including a timer and meditation. "I lay there like a zombie and just close my eyes, sleep with my palms up," she continued.

"So it puts my shoulders back and I'm like, okay, everything's fine." Bunnie questioned how Dita has managed to train herself not to "move throughout the night", to which she insisted she's a "light sleeper" and can usually "catch" herself if she swaps position. "I've actually gotten good.

.." she said.

"If I feel like I have to sleep on my side, I've gotten good at putting the pillow kind of up here so my face is still not being squished by the pillow." Dita concluded by saying it's "all fun and games" until the "collagen starts going". And her beloved sunglasses also sometimes leave marks on her face.

But she won't be giving those up anytime soon. "They'll stay all day," she vowed. DITA opened up further about her beauty tips and tricks in her book Your Beauty Mark: The Ultimate Guide to Eccentric Glamour.

Here are five of her best suggestions: Dita's tips divided opinion in the comments section, with one writing: "Am I the only one who thinks sleeping comfortably your whole life is more important than looking younger than you are for half of it?" "I started sleeping on back a few months back & now I have the most vivid, scariest dreams now," someone else said. "If I sleep on my back I’m getting sleep paralysis," a third added. "I’m a rotisserie chicken while I sleep.

I have no control over these things," someone else argued. "If I try to sleep on my back, I just won’t sleep lol," another wrote..
